Where we ship

We ship to every province and territory in Canada. We don’t ship outside Canada at the moment.

Cost

Orders over $100 ship free. Orders below that ship for a flat $10. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How we ship

Every order is sent with Canada Post, tracked, and arrives gift-boxed. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

When it arrives

Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 business days. Canada Post usually delivers within 2 to 8 business days after that, depending on where you are. Remote areas can take longer.

Taxes

Prices are shown before tax. GST, HST or PST is added at checkout based on the province you’re shipping to. There are no duties or extra charges on delivery.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn’t moved for a week, or a parcel shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll open a claim with Canada Post and make it right.
