Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from mundri.ca. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before tax. GST, HST or PST is added at checkout based on the province you’re shipping to. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered. See Shipping.

Returns

Our Returns policy is part of these terms. It doesn’t limit any rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

Product descriptions

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade details can vary a little from piece to piece.

Our content

The designs, photos, text and logo on this site belong to Mundri. Please don’t copy or use them without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
