Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders and keep your wishlist on any device.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also pay in instalments with Klarna or Afterpay where they’re offered at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $100, and $10 otherwise. We ship across Canada with Canada Post, tracked. See Shipping for details.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet.
Can I send a piece as a gift?
Yes. Every piece arrives gift-boxed, and you can add a note to your order at checkout. Prices aren’t printed on the packing slip.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. See Returns for how it works.
My ring doesn’t fit. What now?
Contact us within 30 days and we’ll exchange it for another size if it’s in stock, or refund it.

Will my jewellery tarnish?
Each product page lists the material. With the care in our care guide, your piece will keep its finish for a long time.
Is the Arabic calligraphy accurate?
Yes. Every inscription is checked before a design goes into production.
